EXTENSION OF ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The Organising Committee would like to thank all those who have submitted abstracts for the SBE 16 Malta Conference, for the numerous and high level contributions registered to date. Following a general request, the abstract submission deadline has been extended to 30th September 2015.

To ensure that papers of a high quality are presented, the SBE conference shall implement a double blind review process. The process can be managed with respect to the following target dates:1st May 2015 Call for papers opening

15th June 2015               Abstracts submission (1st)

15th September 2015    Acceptance notification (1st)

30th September 2015   Abstract submission NEW DATE

1st November 2015      Full papers submission

15th December 2016     Results of review process

1st February 2016         Submission of final papers

Submission of abstracts

Abstracts between 150–250 words in English shall be registered into conference electronic system accessible at www.easychair until the 15th June 2015. Information on the acceptance of the abstracts and on the preparation of full papers will be given by 15th September 2015.

Publication and Indexing

All papers accepted by the Scientific Committee and presented at the Conference in oral or poster form will be published in printed book of proceedings with an ISBN.
Extended papers will be published on USB drive and made available for download on the Conference website. Selected papers can be used for further publication in agreement with the authors.
All presentations, papers and posters shall be presented in English.

All papers will be indexed in scientific databases.

    I would like to ask where I could submit the abstract for the conference. At the website of http://www.easychair.org I could not find something related to the SBE16 Conference.
